Hello, my name is Alice, I have over 3 years grooming experience working at both corporate & independent salons. Prior to this I worked as a veterinary assistant. 

I use a calm & gentle approach with dogs, ensuring they have a comfortable grooming experience with me. Every dog is different, so I pay close attention to their their body language and individual needs during the groom building trust and creating a bond - treats help :)
